Scanlock mantle clamp is a direct replacement of the main shaft head nut for Sandvik Hydrocone and Metso GP type crushers.
Scanlock makes the process of mantle replacement much less demanding and safer, and is a new innovative solution that eliminates the most time-consuming and unsafe parts of mantle replacement.

Scanlock replaces the traditional main shaft nut and makes changing mantles quick and easy.Pre-tightening is done with small standard tools – no sledgehammers, torch rings or heavy welding procedures are needed.

How difficult is it to install scanlock?

How often can scanlock be reused?
Scanlock is designed for a long service life of the main
components. The top protective plate with vulcanized hard rubber cover
is subject to wear and tear and the clamping plate is expected to have a long service life but may
need to be replaced. Inner nut and self tightening collar are fully protected and are
not subject to wear.
