Traditionally, VSI crushing has been used as a last resort to reach specific targets, but with high operational costs and challenges around surplus material.
Now, with modern technology and advanced multiport rotors, much has changed. We at SCP, together with Techroq, have completed several installations and are seeing a new era of more efficient, more sustainable crushing with reduced operating costs and improved results with our Vertical Shaft Impactors (VSI).

We offer both stationary and mobile cubicators with sieves. Choose from five different crusher models with capacities from 50 to 600 tons per hour. We usually have 1-2 machines in stock for fast delivery.
VSI rotors
The most essential part in crushers
We can offer 3, 4 and 5 port rotors as standard or deep, which can replace existing rotors in all crushers. To date, we have replaced more than 50 rotors in existing machines to get better technical performance, a more service-friendly rotor and a lower production cost.
These rotors are also service-friendly, with replaceable wear parts and longer service life. The result? A more cost-effective and sustainable production.
